"Then Peter said, "Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you; in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, RISE UP AND WALK." And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength." - Acts 3:6-7.
When you feel depressed and hopeless, remember this if you forget all else: "But as many as received Him, to them gave He the power to become sons of God, even to them that believe on His name..." (John 1:12).
You have the power, you are not a victim! All hope is not lost, you still have the power. Don't let the devil feed you lies!
You have the power, no matter what you've been through or how bad it seems!
When such feelings of depression and hopelessness set in, remind yourself, "I still have the power to rise up and walk."
Get off your back, today! Rise up from that mess. Rise up from your ashes; He has given you beauty in its place!
Dash the devil's hopes, take off that garment of depression, and rise up and walk in the victory Jesus has won for you already! You have the strength in your feet and ankle bones! God has given you the power! Refuse to remain down.
Rise up. And walk! Walk in dominion!
Walk like you're in charge; because you actually are!
Walk like you own your world, because you actually do!
Walk like you're saved, because really you are!
Walk like you've been justified, because truly you have!
Walk like you've been glorified, because indeed you have!
Walk like your tomorrow is brighter than your today, because it is!
Walk like a king; because you are one!
Walk like a god; you are one!
Walk like the child of the Most high; because you are one!
Walk like you have God who loves and cares for you, because, yes you do!
Walk like God has given you power to be His, because He has!
Hold onto God's word and pull back up and walk in life abundantly!
Get out of that pity party and call for a feast; your morning is here! Hallelujah!
Jesus is reaching out to you today, and says:
Rise up and walk, child of God!
Rise up out of your depression and walk in faith!
Rise up out of your mourning and walk in joy!
Rise up out of your bitterness and walk in love!
Rise up out of your loss and walk in victory!
Rise up out of the devil's lies that all hope is lost, and walk in my truth that all things are working together for your good!
Rise up out of the devil's lies that you are not good enough, and walk in my truth that you can do all things through Me!
Again, "...to them He gave the POWER to become sons of God, even to them that believe in His name..."
You believe in His name? You're not a victim, stop acting like one! You have the power to be a child of God.
You've received Him and made Him your Lord? Then stop being the one they sympathise with and tell 'sorry'.
Rise up and walk! You can! Take the first step in faith! You'll see you can. You will. Your "...feet and ankle bones receive strength" today!
Rise up and walk, child of God!
